Refund & Returns Policy

At Muvora we want you to be happy with your order. Here is how we handle refunds and returns.

30-day defect guarantee

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery. Attach a clear photo of the problem — we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

You do not need to send the item back. For these cases, keep or dispose of the product however you wish.

Change of mind

Because most items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If you email us within 24 hours of placing the order and it has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel and refund.

Items not eligible

  • Personalized or engraved items.
  • Hygiene or personal-care items once opened.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked "final sale" on the product page.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Lost or undelivered items

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, email us within 7 days. We will open a carrier investigation and, in most cases, reship or refund.

  • A clear photo or short video if the item is defective or damaged.
